Mission
We empower young people worldwide to act and live ResPeaceAbility – in the Respect and Peace with themselves and society- through innovative, creative, and culturally diverse educational projects that promote sustainable personal development, social engagement, and global citizenship. The hip-hop culture is our attitude towards life, through which we express ourselves and convey our message. Partnerships with foundations, public partners and companies through customizable Corporate Social Responsibility packages are the way we make it happen.

Dancing is the most beautiful way to give space to the soul. In 2014 I was able to experience Alica Paeske at a dance workshop in the youth center of the child protection association in Halle. Through authenticity and empathy, she succeeded in showing young people a way to express their personality through dancing.

What was most important to me was to learn that you should never give up and to always put the team first. If you don’t show up, you let your teammates down and it’s important to realize that there are people out there who need and rely on you.

Founder story
The why behind
My personal motivation behind sPERANTO was born out of a social problem. I already experienced social injustice and mental suffering when I was at school. Nobody looked what was happening, and there were no satisfactory solutions. At that moment I decided to stand up for equal opportunities, especially for the people who don’t get enough support or are not seen. Dance gave me the strength to get through difficult phases and conveyed values that can be transferred to all areas of life. I want to enable young people to find (again) access to themselves through art and culture and to know what makes them happy, what their visions and goals are and then to achieve them in a targeted manner. I have experienced how eyes begin to sparkle again, how young people continue the sPERANTO projects by themselves over years and how young people open up to the unknown, grow beyond themselves and how moments have an effect and influence lives for years. I take responsibility and tackle social challenges together with strong partnerships.
